Proposed city Ordinance dealing with cigarette marchandisinq
praaticss. Zn order to deteat this ordinance, we must convince the
City Attornay and selected City Council KeOdaers that they ars
Legally probibit.d lrom adopting the proposed ordinance.
Persons an our conference call were in agreement on the toltowir,qt
1. xs must secure a transcript of the proceedings at Chanhassen
City Hall on lsonday, lebruary 19, 1990. Tbis transcript will be
forwarded to David A.aas at Covington A Burling.

Chanhassen City Attorney, Council aember Boyd and possibly Council
aeaber Dsisler. These personal visits will be sada by David Reass.
