MEMORANDUM
TO: The Members of The Executive Committee
FROM: Samuel D. Chilcote, Jr.
Enclosed please find a tentative agenda for the next meeting
of the Executive Committee to be held 8:30 a.m. on Thursday,
February 28, in the Flagler Board Room at The Breakers in Palm
Beach, Florida.
Also enclosed here are two items to be discussed at that
meeting:
o Proposal for funding from the National Association
of Tobacco Distributors.
o Voluntary workplace policy authorized by the
Committee of Counsel earlier this week. The use
of this policy will be discussed at the meeting.
Please advise me or the Chairman of any additions or
suggestions.
