ALAN W. KATZENSTEIN Alan Katzenstein is a consultant in technical analysis and communications covering a wide range of public affairs and specializing in environmental matters. He is a graduate of Massachusettes Institute of Technology with a background in chemical and biological sciences. He is also a graduate of New York University Graduate School with a degree in Business Administration.
