No. 75 Montgomery Street, in the City of Jersey City, State of
New Jersey, on Tuesday,the 3rd day of April, 1917, at 2:00
o'clock Y.:6.
The meeting was called to order by Mr. M. E. Mot-
singtr.
On motion duly made and seconded, Mr. H. A. Oetjen
was call ed to the Chair, and Mr. 2d. E. Motsinger was requested
to act as Secretary of the Meeting.
The Secretary on behalf of the Board of Directors,
presented a full, true and complete list, in alphabetical or-
der, of all the Stockholders of the Company entitled to vote
at the election, with the residence of each, and the number of
