J, Reynolds Tobaoco Company, held at the Company's office, No. 75 Montgomery Street, in the City of Jersey City, State of New Jersey, on Tuesday,the 3rd day of April, 1917, at 2:00 o'clock Y.:6. The meeting was called to order by Mr. M. E. Mot- singtr. On motion duly made and seconded, Mr. H. A. Oetjen was call ed to the Chair, and Mr. 2d. E. Motsinger was requested to act as Secretary of the Meeting.
