(Reatiler program) Sticker/poster program to encourage retailers to ask for ID prior to sale

Program encouraging tobacco retailers to check ID's of tobacco purchasers, and to hang PM-supplied signage indicating they would do so. Replaced "It's the Law" program of Philip Morris in mid 1990's, and is still in effect as of this writing.
