Tobacco Action Network
Purpose was to encourage people in the tobacco industry, as well as any others who were concerned about what was happening to the tobacco industry regarding the
misinformation that was being put out by government and by the private health organizations, to write and try to correct the incorrect information that was disseminated by HEW and others in the government, as well as the Cancer Society and Lung Association.
