William L. Perry was employed by Liggett & Myers, Inc. and served as Treasurer in 1953 and from 1955 to 1958. He served as Vice President from 1954 to 1961. He was a member of the Board of Directors (New York) from 1953 to 1961 and the Chairman Executive Committee from 1960 to 1961.
