(Director, Asian Consultancy on Tobacco Control, Hong Kong)In 2000, Dr. Mackay was the Director of the Asian Consultancy on Tobacco Control, and chair of the Policy Strategy Advisory Committee for the World Health Organization’s Tobacco Free Initiative.Dr Mackay has been Director of the Asian Consultancy on Tobacco Control since the 1990s. In the 1980s Dr Mackay was the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health. The Council was founded in 1987.
