Vice Director, R&d Research, PM EEC Region. Reported to Dr. Manuel Bourlas, Dir. of R&D. Replaced Dr. Walter Fink, who was due fo retirement at the beginning in 1993. Dr. Allen Kassman joined PM USA in 1972 as Pr4oduct Engineer and held various positions in R&D Richmond, including Principal Scientist and Manager of Physical Research. He was transferred to R&D Neuchatel in August 1990 and a Project Leader for Filter Innovation. Prior to this worked for Philip Morris Research Center at Box 26583, Richmond, Virginia 23261 in 1975.
