Bick, Rodger L., M.D.

Rodger L. Bick was a CTR Special Project Recipient. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v, PMI, et al, April 19, 1996) Bick from Bakersfield, CA is an oncologist/cancer specialist who testified for defense in Galbraith case that cause of death was not cancer. Admitted on cross by Paul Monzione that smoking is an identified risk factor for COPD, lung cancer. Bick had been doing research for Council for Tobacco Research. (Jenkins, pp. 164-65).
