This is to provide you w/ some background on this meeting.
The primary purpose is to provide Art w/ a factual background re PM USA's SCoR (Smoke SQnstituent
Beduction )
Project, and in particular re the current SCor prototypes and current developmental and
commercialization plans.
This will start the process with Art to obtain his input and advice over the upcoming months re PM
USA establishing an
appropriate level for a quality system in the absence of applicable regulations (but which is
mindful of proposals). Jack
and I wanted to invite you given your involvement on the legislative side.
