Pertti Paakkinen's testimony 1/ 31 / 91, Exhibit 2 § 172 Witness Paakkinen testified that Pentti Aho had joined the Tampe- re Lung Injury Association in 1954 when he stayed for treatment at the Kamppi Sanatorium in Tampere. When I checked the information it appeared that Pentti Aho has not been a patient at Kamppi Sanatorium 1951-57, nor at the al- ternative sanatorium Pikonlinna (Attachment A). I have by letter dated 3/12/91 (Attachment B) requested Mr. Paakkinen to recheck his information. 2. Hiram T. Langston's testimony 12 / 13 / 91, Exhibit 8 § 1400 Professor Langston's testimony contains an error, probably be- cause he said as recorded (Attachment C). On page 16 in the middle Langston says that "emphysema is typi- cally not (an) abstractive (lung disease)". It should of course be the other way around. 3. William Ober's testimony 12 / 13 / 90, Exhibit 13 ff 1400 There are some minor errors in the English transcript which, however, come correctly out in the translation.
