Subject: RE: SCoR Project Briefing In Anticipation of Nov.14-15, 2000 Off-Site Meeting
Everyone-
As discussed w/ Billy and Judy, the primary purpose of this meeting is to provide Art Levine w/ a
factual background re the
SCoR Project, e.g., re the current SCor prototypes and current developmental and commercialization
plans. This will start
the process with Art to obtain his input and advice over the upcoming months and in particular will
prepare him for the
11/14-15 off-site.
In addition, Mark Berlind plans to join by phone. Mark was formerly in WRA and now provides legal
support to, among
others, the Washington govt. relations office that works on legislative proposals (John Scruggs and
others).
In order to make the most of our time with Art, I suggest that Billy use the most up to date SCoR
presentation as an outline
for the meeting, with prototypes, etc. to see. I envision this being an informal discussion with
Art.
Pis. let me know if you have any other thoughts re format or information.
thanks
