I'm not sure it works for this letter since the piece blames US companies for
keeping prices LOW, it points out the price of tobacco is the same today as it
was 15 years ago, etc. In addition, we're sending to Summa, who has been
devoting a lot of time to researching grower issues and is probably aware of how
the system works. This letter will not be read by the general public. If you
feel otherwise, I can work to add.
