Brief biographies of the Directors who have been selected are included in Exhibit A. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation, as filed, is attached as Exhibit B. Finally, a top priority for 3'viPAAT's Board and staff will be to work over the coming weoks with experts who will help establish the systems and controls to put MPAAT on a firm business and finazieial footing. The revalls of these effons will be included in firture reports. When the Board and its staff are satisfied that the proper systems arc in placq we witl ask the Court to transfer the setticment funds to MPA.AT's di:rct control. The goal remains to have the organization fu11y operational and independent by the endd of the calendar year. THOMAS F.
