Smokers Unite on the Web The Great Smoking Debate has now entered the electronic age. Anti-smokers have been using the World Wide Web to get their messages out for some time, and now the country's major smokers' groups now have sites of their own. Like all good web sites, these feature "hyper-links" to other web sites. (That means you can start at one site and visit others by clicking on highlighted words that appear on your screen.)
