Wong, AMCR Subject: AMCR Capabilities Thank you for inquiring about our Asian capabilities. Here is some information describing Asian Marketing Communication Research (AMCR) services, telephone facilities, and a profile summary of my background. As a division of Hispanic & Asian Marketing Communication Research, AMCR provides full service marketing research. We pride ourselves on the thorough work we do with our clients, from the setting of finely honed research objectives through the interpretation of research findings. We are dedicated to uphold the same high quality standards in research as the Hispanic Division. AMCR has conducted marketing and customer satisfaction research for various clients. AMCR projects have included program and service awareness, strategic positioning, copy testing, customer service, communication effectiveness, product testing, and employee opinions. We have conducted qualitative and quantitative research in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, Japanese and English. I train and supervise all of my researchers, and personally manage all of AMCR projects. With our compliments, here is a copy of my article that was published in uirk's M r eting_Research Review that addresses the importance of context in Asian research. In addition, I have also included copies of some information compiled for a presentation on "Asians in the United States". I hope some of this information is helpful to your and your client. Please call me upon review of our materials. I will be glad to provide you with references should there be a need or to meet with you and your client. We would welcome an opportunity to support your Asian research needs. Thank you for your consideration.
