l. This indicative budget has been prepared as a guideline for planning
purposes only. The expansion of ASEAN from 7 to 10 members
will be decided at the end of May, 1997 and this will have an
impact on the programme costs. Two other factors have
significant cost implications, namely, the degree to which internal
PM Corporate Affairs resources are used in each country, and the
development costs for the training seminar.
