This letter is in regards to the March 28 joint memo to members of
the Wisconsin State Assembly. We have not 'reviewed substitute
Amendment Zto Assembly Bill 1076, thus we have neither decided
to take a position nor what that position would be.
The usual procedure for the American Lag Association of
Wisconsin in legislative affairs is for volunteers and management to
review proposed bills and amendments, then decide whether to take
a position.
We request that you not distribute the March 28 memo.
