SUBJECT: NYO INVENTORY ITEMS NOV E4 19$9
,LNtCHOLAS M. ROLLI
Per Cecilia's conversation with you, attached are samples of
inventory items (with no inventory item number assigned)
which are retained at the Carlstadt Records Center. The
number of cases retained are written on each report
attached. If you decide to retain these items, inventory
numbers will have to be assigned. Also in the records
center are item #'s 279 and 280. They are Marlboro newspaper
clipplings and scrap books. Please note the previous owner
of these items was Tom Romano. Due to the shortage of
space, we are asking that you review and destroy if no
longer needed.
If these items can be destroyed, management approval is
required in writing. Please consult with the Legal and Tax
Departments to determine whether the items are subject to
pending litigation, government proceedings/investigations,
an Internal Revenue Service audit, or other considerations.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the
Records Management Department Ext. 4019 or 2933.
Thank you.
