But now Philip Morris has come up with a device that greatly eliminates second-hand smoke. You saw it first on NBC's "Today" show--a smokeless tobacco system called Accord. It uses a special cigarette and pager-sized lighter to reduce smoke, ash, and odor. Unlike regular cigarettes, the battery-powered device allows the tobacco to burn only when it's being puffed. Special cigarettes will cost up to two seventy-five a pack. The Accord system will cost fifty'do7.lars.
