That's the push behind a new Philip Morris cigarette. The tobacco giant is testing this new smokeless tobacco system. The end result--less smoke, ash and odor, but smokers will still take in the same amount of tar and nicotine. The cigarettes will cost about three dollars a pack; but must be smoked in that device.
