I think we have to move to put the Fontham study into play; the reason I say
this is because OSHA may be moving on the rule. Furthermore, Steven Bayard and
the EPA are marketing its risk assessments to foreign countries. I am enclosing a
copy of a proposed letter from a member of Congress to Dr. Fontham. Jim Boland
has asked a very important question, as to whom do we ascribe authorship of the
paper. Could you please contact me regarding your availability for a meeting in
Washington, D.C. and/or a telephone conference.
