During the Question and Answer session, the following comments are noteworthy: p. 83 - Ms. Kelly Louaillier, Campaign Director of INFACT, speaking about 11 people who she said died from tobacco-related illnesses. p. 86 - Ms. Louaillier presenting Mr. Harper with 8,000 letters from people who said they are boycotting RJR's products.
