Itt is an education division that produces educational materials for high school students. They put out laser discs and other interactive media. The topics they cover include health, AIDS, drug use, tobacco, etc. They are updating the health series-(i_t's 6 years old) and are looking for a tobacco timeline. It should go back at least 6 years and cover tobacco legislation and regulation. I asked if she tried the TI. She had called theni already, but hasn't heard back yet. Mentioned Richard to Steve P. as well. Interestingly enough, L'zndheim was in the meeting with me and when I said Richard was very smart and strong with the media, JL agreed he was extremely good with media but did not view him as being really smart. Don't know where that came from but intend to speak to him about it later. Anyway, Marc is aware of our desire for him to meet with Richard. I would add Steve to that if at all possible, and I would E-mail Marc and Steve with a cc to me explaining what Richard's role is, his involvement in OSHA, his past involvement with PM and our intention to have him meet Steve and Marc. To that end you should simply say that with their go ahead you will work with Chris or Ingrid/Jayne to schedule visits for.them on their calendars to meet with Richard.
