The CRS study notes that the mcta-ana.lysis performed by EPA is "not statisucaEly significant at a couvencioaal 95 percent Ievel" and that if OSHA had performed a mera- analysis it would probably have found 'no increased lung cancer risk from occupational [envrrotur:ental tobacco smokej exposure.'
