! Because there has been so much speculation due to the passage of the anti-smoking legislation in New York City as to whether we are considering moving our headquarters, I wanted to take this opportunity to clarify our position. First, our original statement was that if the legislation passed, we would be forced to consider such a move. Since its passage, we have said that we are considering all of our options. That is exactly what we are doing: considering the impact the legislation will have on smokers and businesses in the City, considering the impact of a potential move on our employees and our business interests, considering other initiatives in conjunction with our allies to see if we can help our consumers and the hospitality industry to continue to accommodate in this City. Bottom line is no decision has been made. These are very complex issues, and there is no reason for us to rush into making any rash decisions. Therefore, we don't anticipate any action in the near term, but we will continue to evaluate our options. For the foreseeable future, however, it is business as usual at 120 Park.
