Mark each carton on the outside stating: - the nature of the material contained in the carton - the quantity of material contained in the carton - the total number of cartons in the shipment (e.g. 1 on 10, 2 on 10, etc.) 3. Proxy cards should be burst and separated. Included is a suggested text of a letter which should be forwarded to the depositories on the accompanying list to ensure an Omnibus Proxy form and prultout listing will be produced by each depository (Cede & Co., Kray & Co. etc.). , Vhen vou receive these Omnibus Proxies and printout lists, vlease furnish conies of this record date information to me and to First Chicago Trusf Company.
