Attached is an agenda for our conference call on Thursday. Also attached
is a revised 1995 budget which shows expenditures through the end of this year, as well
as a proposed 1996 budget. One purpose of the call is to approve the budget, but we
also plan generally to discuss the activities in which we will be involved in the coming
year.
