When actually communicating with external audiences, you may use and distribute the remaining white papers - "Claims about Specific Diseases", "The US EPA Report on ETS", "Epidemiology", '`ETS in Perspective", "Iudoor Air Quality" - and third party materials - "Quotable Quotes", "Media Articles", "Economic Impact", "Accommodation". Footnotes and references will be added to the white papers over the next few weeks. Until footnotes and references have been added, please do not give to anyone outside the industry any of the white papers contained in the Manual.
