Association Winter directory. OGA is main supporter of AF/ITL
program in Cincinnati.
Awarded PM USA Media Affairs media placement for advertising
program to Cedar Forest Advertising, Inc., who submitted a
proposal that would save PM USA several hundred-thousand
dollars a year. Y&R also bid for the job and for cost reasons,
we opted to go with Cedar Forest. Y&R will, however, continue
to do creative development for Media Affairs and the rest of the
department. Reuben Smith Associates was informed of the
decision.
