(invited industrialists or government representatives will not take part), and replies will be
made by the morning, speakers, depending on the nature of the questions.

Consensus session (5 pm to 6 pm): Discussion on the basis of a draft text prepared by
Profs. Bruce N. Ames and S. Fred Singer, and Dr Michel'.Salomon. Adoption of a final text.
Press conference (6 pm to 7 pm): The whole Panel will receive the representatives of the
international scientific press. Ihtroduction by Dr Michel Salomon, summary of seminar by
Profs. Bruce Ames and S. Fred Singer.
Questions and answers.
Dinner (7:30 pm to 9 pm): Panellists will attend the dinner off'eredby the International
