New set-up for the "JUNK SCIENCE CONFERENCE"

(1) Prof SchneidercontactisEuropeans~cientists: on an
individual basis and asks each of them t'o deliver a written
assessment statement oni some of the ~ weak or moot points in the
EPA report. The total set of questions will cover the whole field
of possible critique..
(2) The critique is directed in general to the inability of
characterizing such low risks and the danger to use the results
for political reasons. The EPA report is used a a recent example.
(3)Tihe writteni statements~ will be delivered to Prof S'chneider
until 7/93 and ai one-day workshop will be organized in
September to come up with a group opinion which will provide
the basis for a summary written by Prof Schneider.
(4) Publication is planned either with editors "Quintessenz
Verlag";, Berliin~ or Karger, Basle. The latter pldn to edit a new
jiournall on "Forschung, und Komplementarmediziin" (Research
and Complementary Medicine):
