N.B. This programme does not include Action Plans mentioned in the
DCG Progress Report which will not incur budget costs.

Consultant on International
Organisations (Mr B D Hauser) $ 24,400 This is based on an estimate of a retaining fee of $10,000
p.a. plus per diem rate of $400 at 4 days a month for
9 months. It assumes that DCG and not the Secretariat wil
take this item on its Budget.
Leaf Seminar Back-up Work- $ 30,000 This is a contingency item assuming the DCG proposals
are agreed at Bermuda and DCG is involved in back-up
work for these seminars.
EIU Study Usage Plan $ 75,000 This assumes the Hill & Knowlton plan is agreed at
Bermuda. The figure is a guesstimate but a better
estimate will be available before this budget goes in
the binder.
