I am glad to tell you that I have had support for this idea from: British-American Tobacco Company (covering Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation and Imasco) R. J; Reynolds Tobacco Company Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH Rothmans International 'Phere was, I think, general, agreement that if we are to have such a conference we ought to get on with it as soon as possible as, of, course, people's diaries get very full, but I have discovered that the Gleneagles Hotel or Thrnberry Hotel could aceept, us. In addition, as one of our Management Training Centres we have a rather fine old country mansion type house known as Shockerwick House, near Bath, and if' people would rather go there we would be very happy to put this at the delegates' disposal. I doubt whether the amenities and service would perhaps quite match Gleneagles or 'Phrnberry but I do not think we would suffer unnecessarily..
