ACTION PLAN 1) Brainstorm a list of "things to look for on control move problems". 2) Define what an "Unlisted Control Move" is. 3) Develop a method of collecting the data on the items listed on the brainstormed list, to include how data is formatted. 4) Decide the frequency the data isto be collected. 5) Decide who will collect what data. 6) Decide when data be turned into SPC spec. and by whom. 7) Develop a training package forthe impacted personnel. 1) Brainstormed List on "things to look at for CM problems". 1- Total # of CMs made/not made when OOC. 2 - Tota1. # of unlisted control moves made. 3 - Total * of CMs made when the process is IC. 4 - Reasons for unlisted CMs. 5 - Total # of CMs made out of order. 6 - Total # of CMs never used. 7 - Reasons CMs vary in si.ze.of adjustments. H - # of different CMs used for different rule violations. 9 - # of CMs that shift/ don't shift the process. 2) Definition of "Unlisted Control Moves": When, 1) Action is taken that is not listed as a control move. 2) Action is taken when the process is not OOC. ~" 3) Action is not taken when the process is OOC.
