S. patents have issued on Class 131 - Subclass 7 - Ignition Source Coabined vith Cigerette; U.S. 2,652,060, U.S. 2,721, 558, U. S. 20724,383, U. S. 2p844,152, U. S. 2,674,700. Three of these patefits, end one that issued iri 1929 are attached. These are our only copies and should be returned to the files. Three outside ideas concerned with a self-extinSuishing cigarette have been sub- mitted sin_e 1952. Two of these have come to us recently. Thermofaxes of the ideas end the evaluations of them are sttached. I have been unable to find any petents issued between 1952-1961 on a self-extiu.;uishing ciberette. (*;rs. ) Thelma C.
