Against alb the crises of the moment, the attached may seem to be extraneous. I think it is
not for several reasons; one, it has application to any number of PM issues, including ETS;
two, it represents one example of our bottom line approach to public affairs; three, for
what it is worth, it represents one example of the pro-active approaches that B-M takes to
PM business, and, fourth, it's just one more that went into the deep abyss.
