Warning Label Proliferation For State or Local Gov't. Official It seems to me we've lost sight of our priorities. Dozens of other state and local programs are badly in need of financing, from drug enforcement to infrastructure needs. I haven't gotten any calls from state legislators begging for federal money for tobacco enforcement. If we've got money to spend, why throw it at this? Tell me why we shouldn't be more concerned about AIDs prevention, teen-age pregnancy, youth drinking, you name it...
