Counter-Advertisina For Anti-Tobacco Advocate I support the goal of this legislation to reduce the number of young people who smoke and I agree that we'must take some sort of action to prevent them from smoking. But given the fact that some young people continue to smoke, despite the huge amounts of anti-tobacco information and negative media coverage already out there, what evidence is there that a new counter-advertising campaign will ensure even lower youth smoking rates? Follow up: Are there more drastic anti-smoking measures that you would support in the event counter-advertising doesn't do the job?
