After discussion, it was decitled that the City of Vineland Health Department will be the lead-agency for all of Cumberland County. Our concept paper is enclosed,as well as letters of support from various institutions, agencies, indastry. We hope to include evem more representation of people who are involved with the target groups when we develop our Uoca1 coalition. The Vinel~and Health Department is eager to be involved in this project and feels it has the experience and expertise to assist the New Jersey State Department of Health and American Cancer Society to carry out the goals and terms of the project contract.
