Billick 456 Sutherland Lane Prospect Heights, Illinois 60070 Dear Mr. 8illicks As part of its agreement to employ you as Executive Director, the Center for Indoor Air Research, Inc. (the "Corporation") will pay directly or reimburse you for the following expenses in connection with your relocation to the Washington, D.C. area; 1. The cost of hotel accommodations (including meals) for you in the Washington, D.C. area for a period of up to thirty (30) days while you search for permanent accommoda- tions for you and your family; 2. The cost of two (2) round-trip airline tickets at economy class rates between Washington and Chicago during the period prior to your family's relocation; 3. The travel expenses of you and yqur family (including mileage at 22.5 cents per mile if you drive your own car) incurred during your family's relocation; 4. An amount, not to exceed $9,000, to defray any real estate commission that you incur in connection with the sale of your personal residence in the Chicago area; 5. The expense of packing, moving and unpacking your household contents, including disconnection and connec- tion of appliances and standard insurance coverage on the transit of household goods; 6. The expense of storing, if necessary, some or all of your household goods for no longer than ninety (90) days; 7. Temporary living expenses (lodging and meals) for you and your family for up to one (1) week at the time of the move, if necessary, to coordinate vacating your old anG'o.;cupying your new residence, and 8. Expenses to be reimbursed must be incurred and submitted within six (6) months of relocation.
