Smoking at entrances shall be regulated by the building manager with an effort made to reduce exposure to second-band smoke.. : 6: Frequent announcements regarding the smoking prohibition shall be made at facilities such as the airport, the coliseum and McNichols Sports Arena. 7. Restrictions for the public at the airport shall be effective January 1, 1991. Employee restrictions shall take effect October 1, 1990, as is the case for all other employees.
