Heller Medical Physics Section Yale Qniversity School of M,edicine New Haven, Connecticut W February 15, 1954 LETTER OF AQRESNBNT It is hereby agreed that you will make yourself avail,able to us , an average of two days per month, as a medical physics consultant to discuss and assist with such matters pertaining to our.rbsearch and development program as determined by us. It is agreed that your fee for these services shall be five thousand dollars per year, payable in monthly installments. You will also be reimbursed for necessary expenses incidental to this work, such as travel, hotel, telephone and related expenses. You are to advise us o" all other consulting arrangements you now have or subsequently contemplate, and you agree to avoid any consulting arrangements which may conflict with our interests. It is agreed that any discovery or invention you make during the porioct of bhin employment as a result of the service you per- form for us shall be the sole property of Philip Morris & Co. Ltd., Inc., and you agree to assign any patent application which may be filed thereon. You agree you will not disclose at any time, during or after the period of this agreement, to anyone other than persons au- thorized by us, any information that is or may be seoret_or confidential concerning our processes, apparatus, products, by- products o^ affairs. It is agreed that this agreement shall be in force for one year beginning February 15, 1954, and it is agreed we shall have the option of renewing for subsequent periods of one year each by giving proper written notice to you.
