Purpose
With the present increase in the number of elderly people, there'
has been increased concern shown towards health problems related
to smoking.
On the other hand, there are also trends towards importing new types
of tobacco products such as Snuff.

The Health Ministry has always been reporting the negative effects
of smoking but they have been reporting on additional side effects
Administrative Procedure
To establish a special committee within the General Council of the
Public Health Council.
