Per my conversation with B)arne Olesen on November 19, the following
changes to our contract "Comparative Evaluation of Displacement Ventilation
and Conventional VAV Systems for Indoor Air Quality Control" dated
November 2,1992 are acceptable to Philip Morris.
41B should read:
Construction of RDF 11 is to be substantially completed by February 24,1993.
After completion of RDF 1.I, bAselinP data on the HVAC gystem will be
measured and Influences of simulated loads will be compared. All data
acquired from envlronmental systeut measurements will be standardized and
compatible with the software used for analysis. By March 15, 1993, VPI will
have completed a comparative evaluation and will provide a final report
including baseline data on the flndtn&m to PM USA.

Term - This contract Is an extension of a previous contract and will continue
until the satisfartory completion of all tasks contemplated under this
Agreement. It is expected that all work will be completed by March 15, 1993.
