conference, charges Senator Kennedy (D.-Ni. Y.) with spreading
anti-cigarette propaganda, likening it to the Prohibitionist ac-
tivities of the Thirties, and calls for a health research center
in North Carolina's Research Triangle, withiCongressman Galif ianakis
