Wiley algMtroduced a bill to reqpire labeling, of all cigarets as to tar and nicotine content and to ahow the effectiveness . of, any filter that might be attached. The Wisconsin Republican said his constituent reported that' the. cheese! charcoal filter hadi been perfected and offered proof that it would effectively reduce tar and nicotine in cigaret arrroke.
