The new division will codsolidate ~ the marketing, manufacturing gnd re- .search and development' functit>ns for ~ the company's various hospital-telated products, which include disposable ~ surgical blades, sutures and disposable O procedure trays an& kits. D: Affected by the consolidation are three units of the new company - ~ Hospital Supply & Development Co., C. Dewitt Lukens Co: and the hospital division of American Safety Razot Co. Each is a wholly-owned subsidiary of' Philip Morris.
