Directly this says that a sizeable amount of money
would be denied to the media and whereas the major '
media such. as radio, TV, and large metropolitan '
dailyy newspapers, and large national/international :
magazines will only feel a slight financial

Black newspapers, magazines, and radio stations, #
working already with an unfair share of the total
advertising dollars spent in:this country by major i
manufacturers, will feel a serious, pinch.
